At Symmetry, our boardshorts are designed to be a reliable partner and we build them with the highest quality in mind.

That's why our boardshorts are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for their lifetime.

This warranty covers the boardshorts' function and construction, ensuring they perform as intended.

We will repair or replace your boardshorts if they fail due to:

• Manufacturing defects: Issues with stitching or construction that cause the product to become unusable.

• Component failure: A zipper, button, or drawstring that breaks or becomes detached.

• Unusual wear: The product becomes unusable due to a fault in the fabric or material.

• Minor tears and abrasions: Scratches, nicks, or small tears in the fabric from normal use can be repaired with a 2-3 week turnaround.

What is NOT covered:

• Aesthetic changes: Fading from sun exposure, saltwater, or chlorine.

• Thread flyaways: Flyaways happen and are expected. We construct our boardies with that in mind. However, if the flyaway does slip through and cause a seam to fail, then that is a covered manufacturing defect.

• Damages from improper care: Issues caused by a washing machine or dryer.

Our boardshorts are meant to be worked in the most extreme conditions and worn-in through your day-to-day. We celebrate every rip and fade that tells your story. That’s why our warranty is a commitment to our products’ quality, not normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product and is limited to the original owner.
